Refund policy

If you're not happy with your order, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items need to be in the condition you received them. A patch that has been ironed on, sewn on or stuck to hook backing can't be returned.

To start a return, email shop@projectnomad.us with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you.

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, and you don't need to send anything back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
